Miniature Horses

As with all farms, there are pets and we are no exception. We have three Miniature Horses; "Mini Mare", "Pokey", and "Geronimo". We also have a half Shetland pony and half Zebra; "Stormy". Geronimo and Stormy were born on the same day at the same boarding facility. Before we built our barn I boarded the horses that I had at 3-H Stables. My little Mini Mare foaled Geronimo around 5:30 a.m. and Stormy's mother Foaled him at around 3:00 p.m. that afternoon, of course during a thunderstorm hence "Stormy". Not long after we moved our horses to our new barn Stormy needed a home and he and Geronimo really needed each other and are playmates to the end.
